Large white fluffy dog with black spots on its face. Possibly Great Pyrenees or large golden retriever.

Sorry I don’t have a better picture. You can’t really tell in the pic but it had black spots on its face, granted it was hard to tell from my car. It was traveling with a medium sized black dog. I don’t think either had a collar but the white dog looks too clean to be a stray.
