They weren't dumped it's just one kitten about 12 weeks old it was playing in back yard with momma cat and wondered off the power lines r right beside my place cross st is 92

Check with local shelters rescues and vets in case someone has found her and turned her in. Search for her at dawn and dusk as this is when cats are most active. Don’t give up.❤️
