Small dog seen constantly sitting beside a dumpster at a parking lot. Dog would not let any human get close would run away when anyone approached. When people were gone it would go back to the same area by the parking lot and lay down. Found in area on or off an address on W Ward St near the High Point Firefighter training center. Seen for at least 2 days roaming in the area and hanging at the specific dumpster. Has a collar with no contact information on it.. Not potty trained. Shows no sign of aggression. Took a bath very well. Very calm temperament. Breathes very fast I assume he may have some sort of heart disease but not sure. He was thin and was extremely hungry and thirsty.
