Lisa Dybala Wright This morning i walked - without my dog - near the wooded area where we saw a furry black cat two days ago. I didn’t see that cat today. i left about a third of a can of tuna on a paper plate in the woods where it had been before. Perhaps that cat, if in survival mode, will stay in the area hoping for more tuna. I used tuna because its smell carries a long way. I cannot go back there every day, but i will try to revisit soon with more tuna.

John Dewey we don’t have anyone 😩 if you happen back there and call “Bear” Bear Kitty” he may come-normally he’s a very social/personable kitty. 🥹 he’s been gone for 3 weeks 😢so it may be feasible he would travel pretty far.

I saw a large cat which looked very much like Bear. That black very fluffy cat was about 50 yards away and ran into the woods. We were walking with our beagle at Harold Bacchus Community Park. The exact location was the narrow strip of green grass behind the baseball fields closest to Preston Trail Community Church.

I would look and post on these sites. Check your neighborhood, especially the park area. Cats will be drawn to the park. Talk to your neighbors and put up flyers. Visit your local humane society, animal control and shelters. I wish you the best of luck 🙏🍀
