*Keep trying what's listed....All the best in your beautiful cat's return,~💜💜 **Cats that get outside, they tend to panic & hide, usually close to home. When it's dark out, go outside with a flashlight or headlamp & look under every bush, vehicles anything they might go to for safety around your home. Watch for their Eyes to light up with the beam of the flashlight. Let neighbors know, they sometimes will get locked in an open shed & Put posters up. Leave out some bedding/clothing of theirs & yours, but NOT the litter box - however some people do put their litter box out & it works. Going out with a bag of treats OR whatever your cat loves to eat... calling their name. IF at all possible to leave a window or door open, when it's quiet many have come back. Continue looking & calling. The cat is scared & hiding & may have been chased. REPEAT, REPEAT, REPEAT If possible consider building a Catio - so much safer for kitties who like the sights/smells of outdoors. attached is one website to build, there are many - google or fb has many showing how to build one. https://thefurbearers.com/.../catio-season-why-cat.../

Please place his bedding 🛏outside, along with the owner's unwashed clothing👚👖 front and back door 🚪with a can of tuna 🐟 on each entrance, you can leave your garage door a bit open as well. In case it comes in that way. And leaving food there as well. Also vacuumed home 🧹dirt in a stocking hanging it in front and back of home🏡 enterence . You can also add some catnip 🌱in a stocking hanging by your entrances. Show your neighbo🖼picture of the cat. Ten houses to the left ten house to the right front and back if they spot him to give you a call☎️ immediately. Go early in the ☀️morning and shake treats calling the cats name when things are quiet.. Tell neighbors to check their sheds and garage.Just in case it's trapped.. Also, you can install a camera 📹to monitor and see if the cat is around your house . Best of luck 🍀finding your kitty 🙏 ❤️🏡🐾

Go out at nite with a flashlight and their fav food, goodies or salmon and tuna. Look in bushes, under cars, etc. if u have a garage leave the door open a bit with his food or even a window. Make up posters and spread them around the area. Motion lights are helpful. Check the city, all rescue organizations and vets in your area every day.

Post on YYC Pet Recovery another great site like this one. Check with neighbours or make up flyers with kitty‘s picture and contact information check with the city of Calgary animal services. They post pictures of kitties that have been brought in now. Sometimes when kitties get out they’ll hide close by people’s yards under deck and stairs, so that’s why it’s important to try to reach out to them. Also put in a report to 311 most importantly get out and keep looking and put some food out for very short periods of time monitoring it be sure kitty’s not coming back. It’s very careful not to attract other animals.
