He's probably hiding close by , scared. Might haveta set a trap with smelly food, cover like a cave near exit point. That's how I finally caught my guy Rusty after almost a month.

Try leaving the door open very early in the morning when it's quiet

Go out with a flashlight and look under bushes at night usually hiding nearby. Check neighbors or sheds.
