Hope you find him! You know how cats get stressed when you move to a new place sometimes and hide? When I was a kid, we temporarily moved to an apartment while our new house was being built on our property. We brought her first, locked our beloved Tortie Persian X Arlene in a room with food and litter box as we brought our stuff in, shutting the door and trying to keep her calm and reasurred after each load. When everything was done we let her out. A few hours later, we realized she was gone! Looked everywhere. We thought she somehow escaped (Being as clever as she was!) Hours passed, when my dad and I were sitting, devastated, when out of the INSIDE of a living room CHAIR she walked, stretching after a long, "Pouting" sleep! My point in telling it, sometimes they simply hide out awhile right under our noses, I pray you find your friend as we did! BTW, that was Richmond BC, Summer of 1988, she lived 18 years!

Awe I hope you find your cat, in 2023 I had a heart attack and stroke, ended up in hospital for a month, jack went looking for me, he checked out the places I usually went to, as he would follow me around the neighborhood all the time. Never saw him again
