This was one of the dogs that has been roaming for over a week over by the pup tent. We brought food and he came right over to us. We were able to slip a leash on his neck and bring him home. He is very well mannered. He sits on command, he’s very sweet, he’s great with kids, but not sure about cats. He saw my cat and he was fixated on her, but he didn’t try and go after her, but he was also on a leash. We weren’t able to catch his friend ( I believe a white labradoodle) but we left food out for it. It was so scared it just ran further into the lot across from Pup Tent in Friendsville. We went back and saw it laying in the field so we tried to approach it. It ran again but we left food and water and walked away. It found its food and ate. Hoping to catch it within the next few days. Looking for a home or for the person who lost him (if he wasn’t dumped).
