Tall dark dog, maybe white on his chest, possibly a reddish collar on him.
Message from Finder
This dog was moving east on Carroll Ave., scared, would not stop. It was dark (10pm), I could not see him well. He's tall, big size dog. Please do not go only by this photo. I saw him from behind and this is somewhat like him. The dog I saw awas very dark brown fur, no white on his back or legs, sleek fur, slim build, no fat on him at all. Head held high, he struck me as a tall dog. He was headed to the end of Carroll Ave., towards apt building (on right) and California State Park on the left. I will call the Cal State Park ranger tomorrow to see if he sees him. I am very sorry I could not stop this dog. He was obviously scared by the noises, was travelling fast.
