IRujik Litolien saw one looking like this, dark coat with lighter shades brown and gold spotted throughout his coat and light blue eyes. Was on Kingdom Rd heading toward NW Salem Park and Rosemont.

I just saw them on highway 99 towards Woodburn by the nigh club. They are around that area. They where in the middle of the road and I called police.
