Message from Finder

Around 10pm I was driving down gulf to bay heading towards Clearwater beach and drove past a chihuahua running on the road right before Lake Ave. by the time I was able to get to and locate it, he or she unfortunately was already hit and past. I couldn’t move her/him due to traffic. Located in a left hand turn lane near gulf to bay and yelvington.

Katherine Ellis thank you for this. I’m not sure if everyone scolding me for my decisions isn’t aware of how busy gulf to bay is or what but I did not expect so much hate for trying to help save a dog. I ran out on foot so I didn’t have a car to block the road safely nor anything on me to pick him up with. And I wouldn’t have been able to get him to a vet like Lisa did even if I could get him out of there. I think the best scenario happened considering the circumstances.
