Message from Finder

Around 10pm I was driving down gulf to bay heading towards Clearwater beach and drove past a chihuahua running on the road right before Lake Ave. by the time I was able to get to and locate it, he or she unfortunately was already hit and past. I couldn’t move her/him due to traffic. Located in a left hand turn lane near gulf to bay and yelvington.

People with pets you've got to do f****** better. I have five dogs and seven cats and I've had them for at least 10 years and not a single one of my animals have ever gotten out. This dog because it had some sorry piece of s*** owners that did not deserve the right to have a f****** animal. Watch your f****** animals.
