Message from Finder

Around 10pm I was driving down gulf to bay heading towards Clearwater beach and drove past a chihuahua running on the road right before Lake Ave. by the time I was able to get to and locate it, he or she unfortunately was already hit and past. I couldn’t move her/him due to traffic. Located in a left hand turn lane near gulf to bay and yelvington.

You were close enough to get a picture, but you couldn’t move the pup. Can’t make that make sense

Who hits anything and doesn't stop!To leave anyone or any animal in the road to die ---- I have no words it hurts my heart. I'd check cameras near there and find that car and that murderer! Discusting!
