Message from Finder

Around 10pm I was driving down gulf to bay heading towards Clearwater beach and drove past a chihuahua running on the road right before Lake Ave. by the time I was able to get to and locate it, he or she unfortunately was already hit and past. I couldn’t move her/him due to traffic. Located in a left hand turn lane near gulf to bay and yelvington.

Poor baby sad that could be your baby and they let it go like nothing. So sad sorry to see this. They should start getting fines the owners who accidentally let their pets go and they die like this.

So so sad . Ppl that have dogs never let them out and they always try to escape . So sad . My dog goes to the park all the time and if she accidentally gets out she waits by the door for me .

Boogie Mann why didnt you take the dog in 3-4 months ago when it broke its foot?. And then again when it hurt its front leg ? this dog needed help and supervision closely.

Araeia Wynd yea, most humans are literal trash. They do not care to do this most of the time in my experience as the only person I’ve ever seen in life to stop up traffic completely(on east bay mid day for a turtle that was hit by a truck in front of me.) I was thankfully able to pull to the Thorntons and run by foot into on coming traffic to grab him. Thankfully his shell hadn’t been cracked so I relocated him to a park with a bigger lake by my house with less traffic near by. I will always stop for ANY ANIMALS. Idk why tf other humans don’t. I’ll never understand it. Even if you hit the animal, stop and move them like wtf ?!
