Message from Finder

Around 10pm I was driving down gulf to bay heading towards Clearwater beach and drove past a chihuahua running on the road right before Lake Ave. by the time I was able to get to and locate it, he or she unfortunately was already hit and past. I couldn’t move her/him due to traffic. Located in a left hand turn lane near gulf to bay and yelvington.

Boogie Mann if that’s the case, there was another tan chi exactly the same kind running in my neighborhood last week. It came up to me and my neighbors but he wouldn’t let us touch him or pick him up. He loved the kids tho. Kept sniffing the kids. There was 3 kids around him and 3 adults. No one could catch him. One adult even had treats
