Message from Owner

Puffy (also known as Loki) means the world to our family. She's sweet, kind, and generally just an amazing cat. She's irreplaceable, and we would do anything to have her back, safe and sound. She's never gone from the hse or our property for more than a day, and the lack of response to calls for her is deeply concerning. If she's in trouble, or stuck, she's typically very vocal about it. Please check any and all hiding spots, vegetation, trees, enclosures of any kind. If you or someone you know has recently found and taken in a cat that looks like her, please reach out to us ASAP. She is neutered. Please help us bring her back home safely to us. 🙏🏻🥹

Likely hiding close by or up a tree within 5 or 6 houses away. Ask neighbours to check sheds, garages and under decks and bushes. Go out with flashlight when quiet and dark. Get posters up asap using zip lock bags. Leave soiled article of your clothing outside to draw home. Leave door open a few inches and kitty may walk inside typically between 2 and 4 am. Motion lights and security cameras are really helpful. Make sure your microchip information is up to date or it will be useless. Good luck!

*Keep trying what's listed....All the best in your beautiful cat's return,~💜💜 **Cats that get outside, they tend to panic & hide, usually close to home. When it's dark out, go outside with a flashlight or headlamp & look under every bush, vehicles anything they might go to for safety around your home. Watch for their Eyes to light up with the beam of the flashlight. Let neighbors know, they sometimes will get locked in an open shed & Put posters up. Leave out some bedding/clothing of theirs & yours, but NOT the litter box. However some folks have set the litter box out with success - this is up to you. Going out with a bag of treats OR whatever your cat loves to eat... calling their name. IF at all possible to leave a window or door open, when it's quiet many have come back. Continue looking & calling. The cat is scared & hiding & may have been chased. REPEAT, REPEAT, REPEAT! Consider building a CATIO - there are fb pages & websites to google for ideas. https://thefurbearers.com/.../catio-season-why-cat.../
