couple things: if you have another dog,it might instinctively track him. also, try putting out some of your clothing or bedding with your scent on it. He might stay with it until you find him. This time of year female coyotes etc might be in heat, so he might have followed their scent. In which case he might make it back home, but check everywhere he could get a drink of water just in case.

Better check OKc shelter . They euthanize daily . Three day hold that’s it on some . I have seen a couple of dogs like this in the last two weeks there .
