This pet definitely has an owner. He is very cuddly and came up to me super quick whenever we found him on the side of the road. I’m hoping we can find its owner or find a solution to get it rehomed because I cannot keep the cat for very long, please repost or share resources for what I can do if I do not find the cats owner .
