PLEASE HELP LOST DOG CASH REWARD Hello all. This is my dog Toby and he has been missing from Fort worth since april 19 after his collar fell off and he got loose during a storm, and ive been looking for him since. My wife and I have posted fliers, gone on reddit, used pawboost, petco lost pets, you name it, and gotten more scammers replying with Ai photos demanding payment for us to get him back than anything. Up until last week I had begun losing hope in finding him but then I was sent a picture by a woman who lives in the area and for the first time since early may I believe I have a hope of finding my dog. The picture she sent was off of Mill Creek Road in the 76227 area and, as far away as it is, I'm trying to make a post that hits as much of the surrounding area as possible. While looking through shelters and things I realized that I have a somewhat generic looking dog which has made things hard and while he is generic looking at first glance he has a few very distinct markings ALL of which were captured in the photo I was sent. Now the photo I was sent wasnt the best quality so im not %100 that it was him, but before getting that picture any other one I came across was quickly disqualified due to a lack of features but the one I was given basically had it all. Toby is a doberman/pitbull mix and his 2nd birthday will be in October. When he got out he was upward of 80 lbs, but that was 3.5 months ago and honestly im not sure whether hes gained weight or lost it being on the street this whole time. All but his back right paw have white tips on his feet, and his chest has a white patch that moves up his chest to a bottleneck and then widens as it moves up his throat. Toby is very wary of new people, Ive been told thats the Doberman in him, and doesnt particularly make moves to get close to strangers BUT if you sit down and call him or have a dog and you run across him it doesnt matter what size or kind of dog you have he WILL try and come play. He is dog friendly, baby friendly, and cat friendly. My boy has been missing for far too long and all I want is to get him back. My hopes are that if anybody sees him and calls his name he will come running having not heard his name in so long and know that that person is a friend. Most of the time when I would introduce him to new people he was most comfortable approaching if they sat down so that may help attract him if you see him out and about otherwise hes likely to stay just out of reach but if youre walking your dog when you come across him there is a STRONG likelihood he will approach. Im offering a $500 CASH reward to catch him and hold him and will come immediately regardless of time of day to get him so if you have kids that still go outside and play in the streets like when I was young tell em to holler his name every so often and see if he comes running, or if youre out walking your dogs any time of day I urge you do the same. He answers to toby, Tobias, tobes, and pretty much any other variant of his name. He is BIG and he can look scary but he is a big snuggly baby so dont judge him by his appearance. If there is a joint effort between multiple parties I will increase the reward given but it would need to be split equally. Please feel free to share this post as it would mean a lot to me to have it spread through community members who may not be in this group. Thank you all!
