Teacup Yorkie. Chipped. 6 years old. He has darker hair around his nose. Blue dot on his groin from being Neutered. Few missing teeth from dental surgery. Cesar was wearing the color purple and a diaper when stolen.

My heart is breaking - Cesar is my emotional support dog. He escaped un-noticed from my vehicle when I was at my storage unit. When I realized he was missing I was frantic - someone at the gated storage facility (RHS Storage) witnessed Cesar being picked up by someone in a Black Sport Utility Vehicle between the hours of 5:20pm and 6:18pm on May 8th. Whoever took him has made no attempt to notify RHS Storage. I am begging for your help. My heart is hurting not knowing where he is. I can only imagine the fear he may be feeling. PLEASE HELP ME FIND MY BABY, CESAR SALAD
