Edee Schaffer it looks like they were found in the parking lot of an apartment building.. hopefully if this is the case they contacted the apartment manager to let them know.. kids could’ve let them out without the adults knowing about it?

Were you able to contain them and get them off the streets? If so please ask for multiple forms of identification from any potential owner. There is a large dog fighting ring in the area. They want free bait animals. Thank you ❤️
