FOUND DOG — EAST SAN JOSÉ This female dog approached my home near Woodhaven Drive and South White Road in the Alum Rock/East Hills area on August 22. She appeared tired and needed water. She was found without a collar, harness or tags and has been scanned for a microchip, but none was detected. UPDATE 9/21/26: She was safely picked up by Santa Clara County Animal Services and given the name Sky (Animal ID A138724). Her last documented shelter status was AVAILABLE. She is no longer appearing on the public shelter website, so I am currently trying to confirm whether she has been adopted, reclaimed, transferred, or otherwise placed. Thank you to everyone who shared her post or looked out for her. I will update again once her current status is confirmed. ❤️🐾
