Message from Owner

Our cat has been missing since the afternoon of thursday, october 29. He responds to the name 'koofi' but his microchip government name is 'scooter.' Last seen he was wearing a yellow collar. He's very friendly and will come to his name or to a brass bell. We adopted him as a late-neutered male street cat so visually, he appears unneutered, so I'm wondering if someone may have picked him up for this reason. Please please, if our slightly cross-eyed boy is hanging out with you give us a call! Two children who love him will be eternally grateful.

Hello. I live at Lunt and Wolcott and this guy has been seen in our courtyard and alley way entries. He’s come by several times. I keep an eye out and will try to lure him to me!

Put clothes with your scent outside and check bushes and trees with a flashlight at night shake bag of treats or dry food and call it's name

They are probably nearby still. Actively searching asap is always your best chance. While no guarantees, A simple trick; walk around a minimum 2 block radius of your residence while vigorously shaking a large container or bag of dry kibble while calling out their name. Cats are just as food motivated as dogs, and combo sounds of food and familiar voice can often get them to make their way home and or to your voice. Best to try right away , the sooner, generally closer they still are. But may need to try throughout the day and evening as well, particularly around her regular feeding times. wishing for a safe and speedy return 🤞
