Not sure if you let him out but If you have a garage leave the door open a few feet 24/7 enough that he could get back inside. Many missing cats come home this way. Hope you find him soon and keep looking in all yards around you. Speaking from experience do not rely on neighbors to check you have to ask them to look usually they are hiding close by a few houses down
