A neighbor told us that a young man with a white pick-up and/or an older man with a blue Ford Explorer found Murphy and attempted to take him to Four Paws. We visited Four Paws, and they turned him away — so Murphy may still be close by. If you know either of these people, or have seen Murphy, please call us right away. or

Hello Chrissy, no good news here. There are still 3 houses that have yet to make contact with us, otherwise no footage. No sightings. We are holding out hope and continue to check with shelters, clinics and animal control authorities in the region. The conflicting information we have received from Four Paux---in one story, they told my wife that day, they saw Murphy and they had to turn the good Samaritan away due to no appointment and only one doc. In another, the Samaritan only called and they turned him away on the telephone and in another, they were waiting for the Samaritan and he never showed? I don't blame anyone, certainly not Four Paux, it's just very frustrating to feel that close and not be able to break through 'the fog' of that event.
