Louise Pagels I can tell you with certainty he is safe. My wife and I found him last night. We searched the neighborhood for a few hours and ended up having to have him go to the humane society. I messaged the owner but I think they already got him because he's no longer displayed on the Kenosha Campus Humane Society stray page.

He was found in the 5200 block of 14th Ave. He made friends with my daughters. We took him to the humane society but they were closed so he ended up spending the night with an CSO. You should be able to find him at the Kenosha campus humane society. We called the non emergency number after canvasing the neighborhood. Call them if he's not being houses there and they can give more information And the owner wasn't lying. Boy LOVED car rides. 🥰

There's a dog currently at the Wisconsin Humane Society Kenosha campus that looks pretty similar to him. He's listed as Rio on their stray page
