Description
Very small blonde dog with black patch on her back. Found in very rough condition, she may have been out for a long time. She was very shaken up. Fur was severely matted, but no fleas. I gave her a bath and a haircut. She is a RUNNER. It took 30 mins to catch her. Then, later after feeding and cleaning her, I took her outside to use the bathroom and she escaped from her harness and took off. Luckily, I caught her again. She’s very sweet and doesn’t bite or growl.
