We were eating lunch at The Patio on 5th & Ash when this dog walked up onto the patio. No leash or collar. He/she got pets from several people & then walked off. Waitress at restaurant offered water but he/she didn't seem to want any. Hopefully lives nearby somewhere. But if anyone looking for we saw today 9/10/26 at 3pm. It almost got hit but I stepped out to warn car to hit their brakes. Worried about poor thing. We are headed back home to NC 💔
