Slim grey tabby cat, no collar

Message from Owner

Herbie got out of his carrier and slipped out of his collar somewhere near Forest heights Park. Please keep an eye out for him, he is not an outside cat and he is very very scared but very sweet. He is a small grey tabby, short hair. He got out of his collar when he ran off but he is chipped
