Shes always seen sleeping or around our neighborhood at night, never in the morning. Just want to know if she has a home or is lost.

If you can make and place a paper collar on the cat asking owner to call you. Share also in community groups and if you use the app Nextdoor. Call into the Coquitlam Animal Shelter to report this sighting. Have you offered the cat some food and water to see how hungry & thirsty she is?
