All I'm going to add, is that plenty of people call all dogs "he." I've had plenty of wrongly sexed animals (ususlly cats, but still) in rescue. Any lead is worth perusing, imo.

I wouldn’t discount that this couldn’t be Dandy Lion just because the original poster said he in their one sentence description of this dog. Most often people that aren’t really dog people don’t bother trying to assign a gender to a dog. In a post about a Choco lab I helped a couple weeks ago half the neighborhood was calling the dog a she and half of them were calling it a he. And if my grandma had a dollar for every time she used he/she correctly in regards to dogs, then she woulda had exactly zero dollars.

I don’t know if it’s dandelion. He said it’s a he. I always question that if it’s a he or she because people could be wrong, but yes, those dogs do eat a lot lol. I’m gonna try to see if I can reach out, but there’s also one on I10 and Dell-Dell in Channelview. We have got to get together and try to catch this dog because it could be dandelion and even if it’s not, we still need to get her trapped and get her caught and get her to help. She’s been on there for three weeks up and down that highway, up and down that highway, circling scared, desperate
