Escaped cats often hide close to home but may be too scared to come when called. Be sure to check all possible hiding spots around the outside of your home. If you go out after dark, you can use a flashlight to check for kitty eyeshine. Also, post on Nextdoor. Good luck! 🍀

Leave something outside that has her or your scent on it. Look after dark with a flashlight, for glowing eyes. Check with neighbors to see if she got stuck inside a garage or shed. Put up signs in your neighborhood. Check in person at the shelter on Eau Gallie. Nextdoor also has a Lost & Found Pets group you can join - https://nextdoor.com/g/sp6bmt4jr

Kevin Maclary You need to stop putting info that is dangerous for pets here. You do not live in Florida- and have no idea about the presence of coyotes here now. So please just keep your advice there in California. We who live here know what is safe and what not to do. FWC has a coyote alert for our county and they & cat experts strongly advise against leaving food out and litter or litter boxes because those act as a scent trail for both coyotes and bobcats. We are losing numerous cats from coyotes here so the certainly not going to do something to attract a coyote. You can go to the FWC site and see all the coyote incidents here. Don't tell me about loving animals- very involved with several rescues, help loan traps, have several adopted rescues- one which was saved following a coyote attack. Again --- you are clueless about here since you are not a Florida resident.

Barbara Wilson Ouellette you need to stop. This advice has helped countless people over the past decade of me offering it to help people find their loved ones and also suggested by many I know who track down cats. If you arent here to help people find their loved ones, leave the page.

Get bright colored posters for making signs from Dollar stores or Walmart. Get this up asap at intersections and put one in your yard. These are the number #1 tool for reuniting pets as not everyone is on social media or know about these sites. Also quickly print up fliers and pass out to area neighbors & give one to your mail carrier & nearby vets. ✅ pet signs Suggestions on signs. “We cannot emphasize this enough - SIGNS are one of the best ways to locate a Lost Pet or Find An Owner.” https://www.missinganimalresponse.com/neon-posters/

Leave your garage door up just enough that your cat can safely get back inside
