I believe a red flame point Siamese intact male pretty blue eyes.

This lovely cat has been around on and off for three months. It has taken some time, but he now comes up to my pourch to eat. No longer runs from me. I fear he may have been dumped. Or lost. I feel at some point, he had a home. I have not been able to pet him yet.

UPDATE!!!!! Eric was checked for a chip today, and he does not have one. He is a fully intact male. I met a very nice and experienced pet foster lady, who helped me trap him. She is going to be welcoming Eric into her family. She will get him fixed and he will be an "indoor" cat. This is the best possible outcome for this gorgeous guy!. He has a huge fan base, on Facebook and Nextdoor. Thank you PawBoost and all of you for your suggestions.
