It could also be a GPS. Everyone assumes the one I have is a shock color or for an invisible fence.

The collar could be for an invisible fence. It could be that the battery needs charging, or the dog was motivated enough to leave the perimeter of the invisible fence, despite receiving a shock. It could also be a training collar for a reason other than just staying in the yard. They can be set to beep or vibrate as well.

So many dogs being found now have shock collars on? Why is this? I don’t blame these dogs are running away. If somebody comes for this dog, please don’t give that person this dog. I would call the police department and surrender the dog to them to make sure that the idiot that put the shock collar on it will no longer be able to shock this dog.✝️🙏🏻👍♥️♥️♥️🐾🐾
