Message from Owner

Going out during the day. It's a free-roaming cat that spends time both indoors and outdoors, but it hasn't come back home since 6:00 AM today. Please help me to find my lovely cat. Thank you.

Yah, when we moved to a new house my cat got out without me knowing. She was gone 10 days. I made flyers with her name and photo. My friend and I went to every house on opposite sides of the street. Talking to everyone that was home. But please beware of scamers tell you that they will help find your cat for a fee of $200.00/ $250.00 dollars, I paid. They did nothing to help find her. My friend had a small animal trap that we set up on a neighbor's porch that saw her sleeping in his chair. That night she went back to his porch and walked in the trap. He brought her home at 7:30 in the morning. Hit the streets have his photo. He is probably hiding during the day and not coming out until after midnight when everything is quiet. If you don't have a trap I think the animal aid will lend you one. Even come to your house to set it up. Good luck.

Get out and walk the blocks! Post posters in several blocks! They don't usually go far! Ask residents to look in sheds garages anywhere they can hide! Look up in trees where they go for safety! Look in bushes Join neighborhood groups! Best time to search is the middle of the Night 3-5 am Put a cardboard box with something with your scent outside! LOOK IN TREES! SHEDS GARAGES ANY ITEMS WITH A TARP on it they will try to come home in the middle of the night in most cases
