Black. Very friendly. Seems to be an indoor cat. Great with dogs and likes to sit on your lap. Missing its tail but likely due to an mishap while outside.

So always require proof of ownership. Another social media is Craigslist. Check and post under their community section of lost and found area. Their are some people like the elderly who choose not to be on facebook. Others are taking a break from facebook. Also any lost/found pets websites for your area.
