Short white small dog. Mostly white. Few tan spots. Puppyface.

She is friendly. Wouldn't take water on a very hot 95° day. She was whining a little. Appears to be ready to have puppies soon. No collar. She wasn't near a hse. It's concerning the more I think of it. At first she seemed healthy enough, but appears pregnant. She could be lost. I think she needs help until the puppies are here and finding her owner. Very very cute.
