I think I saw him in a garage of some sort, up in the rafters they were trying to get him down.

I have done most of that. Just got done putting my flyers in the plastic. About to go back out and tape them up. Thank you for that one. I have tried to post for the love of louie yesterday and they still haven't approved it yet. I'm gonna try again when I get back from putting up the flyers

Post and check on "For The Love Of Louie" and neighborhood sites...check w/mailman, neighbors, neighborhood, vets, police stations, physically go to shelters, bushes, trees, sheds, garages, etc., post flyers everywhere, cover outside flyers in clear plastic to protect, posting "Reward" may be helpful...figure out $ later
