I have and I been calling and playing cockatiel sounds .. we spotted him this morning and was about to come but this huge truck drove by and scared he flew off. I haven't gotten any responses after that. So devastating...

Awwww, sweetie baby! and a very smart baby ! So, yes, If you haven’t already, Put the cage outside as she will recognize that but not your house if she goes far. Call and call and call so he has a direction to head. SHe’s looking for You too!
