Responds to the name tutu we are very worried about him he was once taken go the ottawa humane society by my evil neighbour who refused to give him back and i am afraid she has gotten to him again

Is there any way to send somebody over to the neighbour on your behalf and to say that you promise you will not allow him to roam on their property ever again. You can tell them that you’re planning to build a CATIO for him to be outside, but not a menace to their property. Maybe those words will help them give him back or let them put him outside for him to come home

If you know your neighbour doesn’t like your cat wandering, why on earth would you risk it and let him out??!! Put out your worn clothing and his bed / blanket - if he is disoriented, the scent will help him find his way home. Go out in the early hours of the morning and shake the treat bag and call his name quietly. Take a flashlight as his eyes will shine. Crack the garage door and/or house window so he can make his way inside if he comes home. Make posters and flyers and get them up and out asap! Call all the vets and shelters in your area. Hopefully he is microchipped and someone takes him in to be scanned. When he comes home, keep him inside as there are endless dangers out there for roaming cats! It is our responsibility to keep our pets safe. Good luck, I hope you find him! 😿
