Message from Finder
A black and white cat was spotted on my driveway (Bally Shannon Way, Apex NC in Scot's Laurel subdivision) at 3AM this morning (10/21) He or she was silent and very skittish. I tried 3 times to go outside and invite the cat closer with treats and fish and each time it ran and hid under a neighbor's car
