Tiffiny Karoll 🙂...No...she had a black collar on ..it was the only color Family Dollar has for her size at the time... I was going to get her a pretty pink one ..inside she did wear a color for a long time..and we got new neighbors 4 units a guy sold and a lady was calling her when she was on the path and I peaked over and she said ..Oh .she is your kitty .and Whizzie ran back to the porch so I decided to put the color on her.
