This could be a long shot . But I have known testimonies of animals making it hours away . And in these cases most the time because someone stole the dog then sadly dumped . This could be the one after all the bad weather we have gotten .

AL Bitney I'm not sure. He's badly matted. I'm going to take him to see if he has a chip.
