Why was it left near a Garbage can?? To me that says you were throwing it away. Clearly this kitty deserves a better home

Why would u leave your cat in a carrier next to garbage can?

Why was Rico in a carrier and left by the trash can? Perhaps the person who took her was thinking they were rescuing her since she was on the roadside by the trash.

That person probably thought this poor kitty was abandoned. Why would you leave the kitten beside a trash can??? Also, why did your mom just watch the person take the kitten??
