Put out a personal piece of clothing or blanket with your scent on it so he can smell it or even a can of tuna to entice him back bring in at night put out his used litter box outside they can smell it for a long distance bring in at night go searching once it starts getting dark use a flashlight cats eyes glare check with neighbors yards and garages 💙💙💙

Tips To Find A Lost Kitty Neutered cats don't usually travel far. Go out at dark with a flashlight and look in bushes, under cars and sewer openings. Make up flyers and go door to door up and down the block alerting your neighbors to check their garages or sheds where the cat might be trapped. Shake some treats. Put something out that smells like you or them, if he/she is close, he may be able to pick up his scent. Crack garage door so they can get back in. Leave out water too. Do not put catbox outside. It attracts predators like coyotes. Make bright waterproof plastic signs to put in front of your house, that people will see as they drive by. Use those neon markers. Use plastic zip ties to attach the signs to utility poles And at nearby street corners. If cat is chipped, check with animal control and nearby shelters.
