Message from Finder
I thought I found the owner a month ago, but this cat has been over here all day and all through the night even during the rain and cold nights. If you think this might be your cat, I can send more photos or videos. Hoping to find its owner or someone to Foster it or adopt it before it gets really cold out. It cries/meows all night. It breaks my heart.
