It was Misty and me, we actually rode around, got out walked the whole Tatnall square property, then drove down every street between tatnall and the dog park. No sign of him. I believe he belongs to somebody and they let him out to roam, in the morning before they go to work and in the afternoon when they get home from work. We checked every road around the park and no sight of him.
