Coby is a small blue parrot (parakeet size) that has gone missing as of yesterday evening (10/2). She was last spotted near fanno creek and 217, exit 3. She means so much to our family and is extremely bonded with other parrots at our hse. Please call me immediately you spot her as she must be cold and hungry. She will eat a thinly sliced apple, lettuce and millet. Thank you. 503 -358-8707
