we found this dog locked in the tennis court at night and no animal shelters would take him. he was severely starved with sores all over his body. he is a very sweet dog that knows basic commands and was immediately sweet when we approached it.

This dog may be from out of area, please check other shelters and let them know you have the dog. When you say sores all over his body, I’m wondering if he was used for a dog fighting, and might’ve been stolen. Thank you for helping this poor little dog.

If you find a dog PLEASE...... Keep it secure indoors and contact the shelter as soon as possible, to let them know you have the dog… That is the ONE place EVERY owner that cares looks, while many are not on social media or assume the worst. Also any Vet will check the dog for a chip for free. Thanks for helping the dog.
