Check your garden, neighbours’ gardens, under cars, sheds, and bushes. 🔦 Search at night or early morning Use a torch — scared cats often hide in silence, and their eyes reflect in light. 📣 Call softly & listen Speak in a gentle, familiar voice. Shake treats or tap their food bowl. Please check garages, garden bushes if neighbours etc YOURSELF. Your cat will most likely respond to you. Leave shed doors etc open for a good time, be patient ok. Take treats and water xxxGo out late at night or early hours of morning when it's quiet and safer for cats to cross roads and come out of hiding. Try to search by thinking of your home as centre of a circle. Go to edge of circle, then start calling, stop, listen hard, repeat slowly all the way back home. Repeat from different points on circle. If your cat hears you they will follow your voice in the right direction. Do same when door knocking. Your cat could be laying low to feel safe.

Commenting to boost the post, here are some tips that may help if you haven’t already tried them: -Would recommend hanging items of your unwashed clothing that smell of you outside your home. Cats have a very strong sense of smell so they may be able to pick up the scents and follow them, maybe try alternating between them between days -Try to go out late at night/early morning when its quieter, either in your garden/near where you live (as long as its safe) with a torch, and try calling them and shaking any treats that they like, stopping to listen for them meowing frequently (not advisable near busy roads in case they try and run across) -Putting up posters/dropping leaflets in your area can be good (shops, lampposts, your outdoor bin/front window etc) with a detailed photo and description of them -Ask your neighbours and go with them in person to check their sheds, gardens, back yards and garages in case they have become trapped somewhere -Also inform your local vets/rescues to ask for advice and to check if they have been handed in. -Finally, if they are microchipped, inform the database and flag them as missing (there should be no charge) Hope you manage to find her x
